Since it's engine hasn't been

messed with, he isn't that far off. If it is relatively rust free, he's pretty close to what it's worth to someone else. Also, the pump hasn't been turned up to roll coal, so it's just someone who wanted a lifted truck, not a bro. 2nd Gen Cummins powered trucks, with the 12v stock commands a relatively high price if the body is clean. An extended cab dually with 140k miles just sold for around 20k. Duallies are worth less.
